Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise employee performance

- support building store sales through corporate and local marketing program execution

- maximize table turnover and sales metrics
- meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guest and crew safety
- monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- control daily operations including cash control, financial report review, scheduling
- manage food costs with recipe adherence and inventory control
- control labor costs through effective scheduling tools
- perform other assigned duties
