Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
Completed food safety or sanitation training
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-focused environment
Ability to lead and develop a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Qualifications

2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
Successfully completed food safety or sanitation training
Must be 21 years of age or older
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
General knowledge in full service restaurant operations or hospitality industry
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
Strong coaching skills
Intermediate mathematical computation skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to manage changing priorities
