Job Requirements

  • willingness to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • availability to work holidays and weekends as needed

  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • manage daily store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • oversee scheduling and labor management to optimize operational efficiency
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
  • support general managers in achieving business performance goals
