Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in restaurant leadership or management
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to restaurant operations

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in restaurant leadership or management
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Assist in the hiring, training, and development of team members to support the restaurant's success in Athens, GA
Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness to exceed guest expectations
Monitor daily operations, including labor management, inventory, and budgeting
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, promoting a safe and positive work environment
Work with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and create promotional opportunities to engage the Athens community
Lead by example, fostering teamwork and a culture of accountability
