Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role, including Kitchen Lead and Team Member physical requirements
- 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- Familiarity with tech tools and operational systems
- Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills

- Experience in coaching and performance oversight
Job Duties
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Foster a culture of trust, recognition, and open communication
- Provide hands-on coaching during peak times and staffing gaps
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Inspect food quality, check temperatures, and ensure compliance
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
- Deliver a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest experience
- Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules effectively
- Drive sales and implement strategies using data insights
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform all essential functions of the Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
- Mentor team members to develop leadership skills and foster growth
