Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- able to travel for work-related functions and training
- able to recognize problems and execute plans to solve them
- proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office
- must complete all required company training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
- detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- self-driven, flexible, and energetic
- effective working independently and collaboratively
- proficient in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
- proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- must complete all required company training programs
- must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
- use required tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed
- direct crewmembers during a shift
- provide exemplary customer service
- utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
- authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and upkeep of the facility
- complete other assigned duties
