Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • able to travel for work-related functions and training
  • able to recognize problems and execute plans to solve them
  • proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office
  • must complete all required company training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 plus years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • self-driven, flexible, and energetic
  • effective working independently and collaboratively
  • proficient in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • able to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends
  • must complete all required company training programs
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • use required tools and logs to support shift execution and take corrective action when needed
  • direct crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and upkeep of the facility
  • complete other assigned duties
