Job Duties
- Provide management coverage and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant
- Exercise basic shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant sales, revenue, and profitability goals
- Provide hands-on leadership when working in unit
- work all positions and provide team feedback daily
- Provide efficient and professional service to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Respond to customer feedback and handle customer concerns
- ensure all policies, procedures, and training for team members are being followed
- Participate in certification and development of team members
- Set standards for restaurant cleanliness and conduct bi-weekly manager meetings to enforce standards
- Supervise food handling procedures and ensure safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies
- Verify daily paperwork and manage all internal/external communications promptly
- Follow up on cash deposits and ensure proper supplies are maintained within budget
- Monitor and manage food costs to stay below 6% gap with frequent inventories
- Ensure accuracy of daily time keeping
- Assist General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and administrative work
- Prepare for white glove inspections
