Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff customers and vendors
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to commute to Odessa TX
- Ability to relocate to Odessa TX before starting work

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high standards of service
- Lead train and inspire a team of dedicated employees fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue while ensuring cost control and profitability
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW! experience
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations food quality standards and sanitation practices
- Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
