Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast-food or restaurant management preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with restaurant operational systems
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid work authorization.

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- implement and adhere to training systems for workstations
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- work with management team to execute My Promise to You and Service Profit Chain
- create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- treat all employees with respect and dignity
- regularly recognize and reward employees
- utilize JIB systems, processes, and tools
- comply with labor laws and regulations
- manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operations
- ensure exceptional guest experience by training and holding team accountable for service and food quality
- review and improve guest service practices
- maintain visibility and interaction with guests
- respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns
- ensure management and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
- serve as a role model for excellent guest service
- analyze operational and financial performance using management tools
- identify trends and implement improvement action plans
- consult with regional resources as needed
- focus on increasing sales and profitability by executing Service Profit Chain
- consider cost-benefit impact of financial decisions
- monitor costs and adherence to budgets and goals.
