Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Commitment to diversity and respect for others
- Proven problem solving and handling high stress situations
- Ability to interpret financial statements and contributing factors
- Must be able to perform all job duties of every position
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week, with occasional additional days

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 15-20 crew members during assigned shifts
- Ensure execution of restaurant operations to meet service and quality standards
- Address and coach employees on guest complaints promptly
- Attract, hire, develop, coach, and retain hourly employees
- Maintain staffing levels and schedules to optimize operations
- Oversee restaurant sanitation and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist in interpreting financial and operational reports to achieve profit goals
- Support local store marketing and implement suggestive selling
- Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
- Enforce cash handling and inventory management protocols
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Resolve problems related to customer complaints, employee relations, and facilities
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaborate with staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
