Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- customer service oriented with a passion for hospitality
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of Jack in the Box systems and processes preferred
- valid food handler certification or ability to obtain one
- compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements

Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure adequate training on workstations
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- ensure execution of Service Profit Chain and Brand Promise
- create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe environment
- motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
- treat employees with respect and dignity
- recognize and reward employees regularly
- comply with state and federal labor laws and regulations
- manage daily operations to achieve excellent restaurant performance
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring team adherence to service and food quality standards
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
- respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints
- serve as a role model for guest service
- analyze operational and financial performance data
- identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- focus on increasing sales and profitability
- monitor costs and adherence to budget and goals
