Job Duties

  • Support General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
  • Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs ensuring appropriate employee development and training
  • Exercise discretion in addressing changing business demands
  • Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards
  • Maintain proper inventory levels for food and nonfood items following company guidelines
  • Direct operational execution of proper service to ensure guest satisfaction and enforce Brand Standards
  • Uphold compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Maintain preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and food safety standards
  • Promote and teach Company values and policies consistently with a strong focus on Safety
  • Manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs, maintenance, and food costs while understanding financial reports
  • Monitor local market trends and implement appropriate marketing programs
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment through open communication and manage employee relations issues
  • Influence supervisors, subordinates, and peers effectively and handle conflicts constructively
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and flexibility
