Job Duties

  • Lead through service and support the team
  • Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
  • Collaborate with General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Managers
  • Coach and train teams on policies and service standards
  • Engage with guests and build relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • Manage food preparation and serving standards
  • Support financial objectives related to sales, food cost, and labor cost
  • Attend and participate in team meetings
  • Implement brand strategy and build long-term relationships
  • Deliver high-level guest service and monitor guest satisfaction
