Job Duties
- Lead through service and support the team
- Maintain team and guest focus during shifts
- Collaborate with General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Managers
- Coach and train teams on policies and service standards
- Engage with guests and build relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Manage food preparation and serving standards
- Support financial objectives related to sales, food cost, and labor cost
- Attend and participate in team meetings
- Implement brand strategy and build long-term relationships
- Deliver high-level guest service and monitor guest satisfaction
