Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
- minimum of 1 year of Cracker Barrel managerial experience
- availability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- lead front- and back-of-house operations to ensure a superior guest experience
