This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Have prior General Manager experience
Ability to lead and develop a team
Strong organizational and planning skills
Capability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Commitment to upholding company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
Leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and coaching abilities
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

Run a profitable restaurant
Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them with leadership
Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
Follow up on progress towards goals
