Job Description
This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have prior General Manager experience
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Capability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Commitment to upholding company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them with leadership
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- Follow up on progress towards goals
