Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
- Speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation for travel as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to perform basic math and analytical tasks
- Proficient with computers and software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
- Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to complaints
- Utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- Perform other related duties as assigned
