Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Complete Restaurant Manager training classes
Speak, read, and write effectively in English
Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
Ability to stand and walk 85%-95% of shift
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive motor vehicle
Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation for travel as required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year experience as Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal candidates
Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external candidates
Must be ServSafe certified
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to perform basic math and analytical tasks
Proficient with computers and software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
Monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are implemented
Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
Provide exceptional guest service and respond to complaints
Utilize management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
Increase restaurant sales and profitability
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
Perform other related duties as assigned
