Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant setting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of performance-driven leadership
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
