Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 plus years of experience in restaurant management
- minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
- availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent customer service skills

- at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- proficiency in inventory and operational management

Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- deliver excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
- ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- handle operational challenges and maintain smooth workflow during busy periods
- lead by example to inspire team and encourage hospitality culture
