Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 plus years of experience in restaurant management
  • minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent customer service skills

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • proficiency in inventory and operational management
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
  • deliver excellent guest experiences by maintaining high service standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • handle operational challenges and maintain smooth workflow during busy periods
  • lead by example to inspire team and encourage hospitality culture
