Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a Jack in the Box restaurant. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this restaurant is owned and managed by an independent franchisee who is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, wages, disciplinary actions, supervision, staff scheduling, and all other employee management functions. As such, the successful candidate will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than Jack in the Box Inc. This distinction provides a unique opportunity to work closely within a smaller, dynamic team environment where your leadership can have a direct and meaningful impact on business success and community reputation.Show More
