Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year Cracker Barrel management experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
