Job Requirements
- Meet all minimum requirements of the Shift Leader role, including kitchen lead and team member physical requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
- Food handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Foster a culture of trust and recognition within the team
- Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth store operations
- Provide hands-on coaching during peak times or staffing gaps
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance by inspecting food quality and compliance
- Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
- Ensure team member safety and strong audit performance
- Uphold guest experience standards by acting on guest metrics and making timely business decisions
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
- Drive sales and implement strategies using operations dashboard insights
- Troubleshoot operational systems and prioritize tasks
- Perform shift leader duties including kitchen lead and team member functions
