Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts

  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage profitability and P&L to achieve financial goals
  • Drive sales by enhancing guest service and operational management
  • Lead and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations
  • Handle guest feedback and engage with the community for local marketing
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Provide coaching and recognition to develop team members
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed
