Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage profitability and P&L to achieve financial goals
- Drive sales by enhancing guest service and operational management
- Lead and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations
- Handle guest feedback and engage with the community for local marketing
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Provide coaching and recognition to develop team members
- Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed
