Job Requirements
- Two to five years of successful restaurant management experience
- Minimum one year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
- Ability to work 50 hours per week including holidays and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
