Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff customers and vendors
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service
  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue while ensuring cost control and profitability
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service anticipating needs and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure a WOW experience
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations food quality standards and sanitation practices
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations provide feedback and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
