Job Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Possess a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Must be fluent in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience in employee training and development
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Oversee employee scheduling and labor management to ensure efficient operation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
  • Drive business results through effective cost control and sales strategies
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborate with home office support and follow company policies and procedures
