Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or related management
  • food safety manager certification
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand and walk for extended shifts
  • must meet health regulations related to food handling
  • able to operate point-of-sale systems
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • willingness to work 50-55 hours per week
  • must be able to multitask and handle stress
  • ability to travel occasionally
  • able to follow all safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
