Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Collaborate with home office support to address challenges and opportunities
  • Drive business results through effective team management and customer service excellence
  • Oversee store cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
  • Assist in hiring, training, and development of store employees
