- college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- support the General Manager by coaching the team
- create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued
- identify 5 Star Talent and place the right people in the right positions through effective scheduling
- manage daily operations and staff with support from the General Manager or District Manager
- drive sales and profits while maintaining food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- support staffing, hiring, and training activities
- complete administrative tasks required for the position
