Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and operational procedures
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Capability to lead and develop a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a restaurant manager
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility
- Familiarity with POS Management Systems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve service excellence
- Oversee profit and loss management and operational budgets
- Implement and maintain POS Management Systems
- Deliver ongoing staff training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
