Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a manager including profit and loss responsibility
- Experience with POS management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including employee supervision and inventory control
- Oversee profit and loss responsibilities ensuring financial targets are met
- Utilize POS management systems to streamline operations and enhance customer service
- Develop and motivate team members through training and coaching
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain quality and compliance
- Foster a positive work environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences
- Manage scheduling to cover flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
