Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to support and contribute to a team-oriented work culture

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
  • Proven experience managing high volume restaurant concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and people development
  • Results-driven and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure effective restaurant operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Support team members in training, development, and recognition
  • Promote and support a 5-star guest experience
  • Maintain a safe and sanitized work environment
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
