Job Requirements

Minimum of three years restaurant management experience
Availability to work across multiple Detroit market locations
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to participate in a six-week management training program
Commitment to excellence in food and service

Job Qualifications

Minimum of three years managing in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment
Proven leadership skills
Ability to lead, train, and mentor teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing multiple locations preferred
Commitment to maintaining food and service quality standards
Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor

Job Duties

Oversee and direct all restaurant operations
Achieve sales and profit goals
Maintain Famous Dave's high food quality standards
Lead and set the tone for each shift
Coach, mentor, and train restaurant staff
Ensure outstanding guest experiences
Manage multiple locations within the Detroit market
