Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including holidays and weekends
  • valid driver's license
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory levels and ordering
  • ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
  • maintain operational standards and safety
  • lead and motivate team during busy shifts
  • implement company policies and procedures
