Job Requirements
- some college education
- two to four years experience in high volume, high-quality restaurant
- minimum of one year management or supervisory experience
- previous experience in restaurant line position
- strong food and beverage knowledge
- pass background check
- minimal travel availability

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations
- oversee selection, development, and performance management of front of house teammates
- supervise inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- optimize profits and drive revenue
- ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- staff the restaurant sufficiently for each meal period
- maintain high staff morale
- train and develop staff continuously
- ensure employees follow service standards
- maintain cleanliness and service area appearance
- create awareness of in-house VIPs among staff
- cultivate regular guests
- maintain positive attitude with staff and guests
- enforce proper uniforms and dress code
- assist and execute tasks assigned by General Manager
- screen prospective staff before interviews
- lead training programs for new hires
- update and maintain training documents
- communicate re-training needs to FOH team
- administer employee reward programs
- interview and hire potential employees
- enforce service protocols and standards
- complete new hire paperwork and Personnel Action Forms
- review and approve time clock activity
- attend meetings as required
