Job Requirements
- Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
- completion of corporate training programs including crew positional training, Wendy's Management Institute, and food safety training
- supervisory experience or aptitude
- excellent customer service focus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or food service management preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the general manager in managing daily operations
- participate in achieving store objectives
- assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
- create and maintain an environment and culture of effective communication and team engagement
- provide excellent customer service at all times
- support adherence to standard operating procedures and policies
- complete recommended corporate training programs
