Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures and policies
  • completion of corporate training programs including crew positional training, Wendy's Management Institute, and food safety training
  • supervisory experience or aptitude
  • excellent customer service focus
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to engage and motivate team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to train and mentor team members
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager in managing daily operations
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • assist in interviewing, recommending, selecting, and training shift supervisors and crew members
  • create and maintain an environment and culture of effective communication and team engagement
  • provide excellent customer service at all times
  • support adherence to standard operating procedures and policies
  • complete recommended corporate training programs
