Job Duties

  • assists in supervising the day-to-day activities
  • assists with inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels of product
  • provides on-the-job training for associates
  • resolves questions and problems for guests
  • interviews candidates, recommends candidates for hiring, terminations, advancement, and promotion
  • supports in developing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenue, and control cost
  • assists in achieving unit goals
  • executes daily opening or closing tasks
