Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Commitment to upholding company values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and cost management
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Proven track record in driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Prior experience in hiring and employee development

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring of hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after open hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
