Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

  • ability to manage a team and multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant team members to achieve service and operational goals
  • manage daily restaurant operations ensuring quality and efficiency
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • oversee staff scheduling and labor cost control
  • implement training programs for new and existing employees
  • handle customer relations and resolve complaints effectively
