Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience
valid ServSafe alcohol certification
21 years of age or older
legal eligibility to work in the area
ability to complete required food safety and sanitation training
strong communication skills
ability to manage teams in a fast paced environment
basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Job Qualifications

2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
must be 21 years of age or older
basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
general knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
strong organization and planning skills
strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment
strong coaching skills
intermediate mathematical computations skills
ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
ability to build relationships at all levels
ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
ability to manage changing priorities
