Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum two years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
  • Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
  • Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach, handle objects, bend and stoop
  • Ability to taste, smell, verbally communicate and use vision effectively
  • Ability to access all restaurant areas including floor, stock, and register
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Reward and discipline employees
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • Assist team members with job duties as needed
  • Build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
  • Control food costs through recipe, portion control, and inventory
  • Monitor labor costs using scheduling tools
  • Perform all other assigned duties
