Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum two years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach, handle objects, bend and stoop
- Ability to taste, smell, verbally communicate and use vision effectively
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including floor, stock, and register
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required

- College or culinary education preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance

- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Build store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial reports, and schedules
- Control food costs through recipe, portion control, and inventory
- Monitor labor costs using scheduling tools
- Perform all other assigned duties
