Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
- ability to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- availability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, closing duties
- conduct daily briefings on matters of importance
- manage repair and maintenance issues
- oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
- manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- exercise discretion and independent judgment
- ensure 100% compliance with company policies and laws
- recommend development, promotion, and disciplinary actions
- make hiring and termination recommendations
- cooperate with Team Member Relations on inquiries
- ensure safety and sanitation
- monitor food and beverage quality and execution
- conduct quarterly food reviews
- prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- conduct weekly inventories
- monitor and validate daily prep production
- coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- facilitate team member recognition
- train, coach, and develop team members for gold standard service
- manage guest relations and recovery
