Job Requirements

- Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy

- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Support General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans
- Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
- Ensure menu items meet Brand Standards
- Maintain proper inventory levels and use efficient ordering procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and environment
- Uphold compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Maintain facility and equipment management procedures including safety and sanitation
- Promote and teach company values focusing on safety
- Manage controllable expenses and support financial improvements
- Monitor local market trends and implement marketing programs
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and manage communications
- Administer disciplinary process and manage employee relations
- Influence and manage conflicts constructively
- Provide strong leadership and demonstrate flexibility
