Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support General Manager in developing restaurant operating plans
  • Plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
  • Ensure menu items meet Brand Standards
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and use efficient ordering procedures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and environment
  • Uphold compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Maintain facility and equipment management procedures including safety and sanitation
  • Promote and teach company values focusing on safety
  • Manage controllable expenses and support financial improvements
  • Monitor local market trends and implement marketing programs
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment and manage communications
  • Administer disciplinary process and manage employee relations
  • Influence and manage conflicts constructively
  • Provide strong leadership and demonstrate flexibility
