Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role
- minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- strong leadership and communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform required physical duties
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to maintaining high service and quality standards

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere demonstrating professional behavior
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
- champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for guests and crew
- monitor daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial report reviews, and scheduling
- control food costs using recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs through scheduling tool and sales performance monitoring
- perform all other assigned duties
