Job Requirements

  • ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Perform all duties of restaurant team members
  • ensure that the store meets operational and food safety standards
  • deliver outstanding hospitality and guest service
  • resolve guest issues efficiently
  • execute new products and marketing initiatives accurately
  • maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
  • recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members
  • train, motivate, coach, and reward high performing teams
  • monitor and review employee performance
