Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong operational skills in customer service and hospitality
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong coaching and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house staff
- Assist general manager with daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
- Oversee hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere within the restaurant
- Support recruitment, hiring, and retention of front and back of house employees
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet the business needs
- Responsible for scheduling, staffing, proper cash handling, and payroll support
- Promote business growth through marketing initiatives and local store campaigns
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and facility maintenance standards
- Handle customer service issues to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Coordinate to go service and catering operations
- Monitor inventory control and profit and loss management
- Build a cohesive and motivated team environment through leadership and coaching
