Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong operational skills in customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house staff
  • Assist general manager with daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards
  • Oversee hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere within the restaurant
  • Support recruitment, hiring, and retention of front and back of house employees
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet the business needs
  • Responsible for scheduling, staffing, proper cash handling, and payroll support
  • Promote business growth through marketing initiatives and local store campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and facility maintenance standards
  • Handle customer service issues to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate to go service and catering operations
  • Monitor inventory control and profit and loss management
  • Build a cohesive and motivated team environment through leadership and coaching
