Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant profit and loss for desired financial outcomes
  • Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility
  • Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
  • Problem solve guest feedback to identify root causes and develop action plans
  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of restaurant team members
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and manage recognition programs to improve team capabilities
  • Manage restaurant labor through optimal staffing and scheduling
  • Enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Uphold operational and brand standards
  • Perform assistant manager and shift coordinator duties when necessary
