Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant profit and loss for desired financial outcomes
- Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development, and operations management
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility
- Manage guest experience through operations and timely response to guest issues
- Problem solve guest feedback to identify root causes and develop action plans
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of restaurant team members
- Provide coaching, feedback, and manage recognition programs to improve team capabilities
- Manage restaurant labor through optimal staffing and scheduling
- Enforce compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
- Uphold operational and brand standards
- Perform assistant manager and shift coordinator duties when necessary
