Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of prior leadership experience
- Prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred
- Ability to pass state mandated age requirements for alcohol serving if applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for handling tools and controls
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform other physical duties
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to visually focus and adjust vision as required
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Willingness to adhere to updated safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations and staff according to company policies and relevant laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance
- Reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and foster a hospitable environment
- Assist team members with category duties as needed
- Help build store sales through execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- Champion sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, review financial reports, and manage schedules
- Control food costs through proper portioning and inventory management
- Control labor costs using company labor scheduling tools
- Perform all other assigned duties
