  • must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • possess math and writing skills
  • have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • demonstrate guest focus by anticipating and exceeding guest needs
  • show passion for results by setting and delivering on targets
  • have problem solving and decision making skills
  • be able to build effective teams
  • be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
  • able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • able to perform pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

Job Qualifications

  • experience in the food service industry
  • food safety certification
  • serve safe certification

Job Duties

  • administer and oversee recruitment and development of team members
  • ensure implementation of operational standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • assist in setting and achieving sales and profitability goals
  • manage full P and L statement for the store
  • remain engaged with customer and employee needs to improve store operations
  • manage staff and processes during assigned shifts to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • provide leadership, motivation, and direction to store team
  • counsel, discipline, promote or terminate employees as needed
