Job Requirements

- minimum 2 years of dining room management experience in a table-service restaurant
- current food safety and sanitation certification
- current alcohol training certification
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to work with diverse populations

- knowledge of alcoholic beverage service

- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with POS and bookkeeping software

Job Qualifications

- knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage service
- highly developed interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- working knowledge of point-of-sale and bookkeeping systems
- proficient in web-based applications and Microsoft Office
- must be able to travel for 35-45 days for management training
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- able to work varied shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night
- ability to work 45-55 hour work weeks

Job Duties
- create an exceptional service experience and prioritize hospitality for guests
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- hire and train restaurant staff following company policies and procedures
- uphold standards for food preparation and service
- speak with guests to address concerns or solve problems
- create work schedules for restaurant staff
- control operational costs, take inventories, and order supplies
- manage facility and appraise staff performance
