- strong coach who provides effective feedback and grows the team daily
- organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results
- willing to master every position in the restaurant before teaching others
- caring about people and building relationships
- humble with a desire to learn from a growing restaurant group
- experience managing a large team
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- comfortable in kitchen tasks and skilled at ordering and inventory
